Subcontractor Services

In addition to the aforementioned services provided, I can also offer services as a subcontractor as detailed below to your accountancy practice or industry:

• Preparation of monthly / quarterly management accounts in report format to include:

the profit & loss account, balance sheet, cash flow statement, analysis of actual results versus budget / forecast, further commentary on key performance indicators.

• Review of audit files, including planning of same:

This will typically be private limited companies backed up by sectoral experience of Credit Unions, Insurance Brokers and Public Bodies.

• Compile and prepare a report / board clearance document / management letter for close out meeting:

Where necessary attendance and presentation of same can be arranged.

• Provide on-site training to you or your clients:

Personnel will be trained to a strong level which will significantly enhance their ability to undertake daily tasks and gain extensive knowledge required to increase their overall productivity and efficiency.

• Hourly rate to be agreed in advance of assignment.
